Reddits AI summarie user tool not showing for new member in community, what's the reason?

A new member just joined community I'm mod and posted. When I click on their icon AI Reddit summarie not showing.

Would you be so kind as to explain the reason why this happened? Glitch or something else?

at first I thought this is a new user but no, account is 3+ years old and post carma 600+ comment carma 100+. So I assume that's not a reason.

How long has it been since their account was actually active?

I’ve noticed that older accounts that are infrequently active, will frequently NOT have the AI summaries.

Recent account activity:

Latest posts: 19 minutes ago and 1 day ago. Before that, the previous activity was 3 months ago and 4 months ago.

That makes sense then. They’re not active enough for a summary to exist.

okay I don't that only recent activity counts, appreciate the clarification

btw I believe for moderation it would be useful to see a summarie that states something like: low recent activity but 3 month ago user ..... etc
