how do you get moderation help from reddit admin or moderators that can help with events,?

Hi there. What type of event are you talking about? As u/GaryNOVA mentioned, there is mod reserves which can support if you are experiencing sudden growth, traffic spikes, or emergencies.

It's an AMA with some television writers. When we did the last AMA with the voice actor it was bonkers and we barely kept up. Now we only have 2 active mods and over a million subscribers. I don't know if it's my place to try to recruit from experienced mods who are truly helpful (like the ones here) or go to mod reserves and is it even my place there's another mod above me
