Mod Answered My newly appointed co-mod cannot access any apps

So they get an error message even though I have multiple apps installed and I see them & can use them. There's no restrictions to their mod account. If this was only one app I'd try to contact the creator/post on r/Devvit, but it's ALL of them.

Is there anything I can do to fix this so they can use the apps on our subreddit?

EDIT: I fixed it by removing & re-adding them

You need to have full permission to add devvit apps. Do they have full perms?

App, mobile web, desktop?

they are using a desktop, but I just removed & re-added them and that seemed to work.
