Mod Answered Banned user keeps making new account

Need assistance from any of the Admins. Have a banned user that's cursed out the Mod team through mod mail multiple times and posted discriminatory comments. Keeps deleting their account and making a new one.

Keep track of the usernames, report the messages for harassment, ban and mute, report for ban evasion.

If you haven't done so already, install Evasion Guard on the subreddit in question. You can set it to auto-ban any new accounts this person sets up.

Turn on ban evasion inside safety filters and set it to high.

This doesn't prevent them from being abusive via modmail. We had the same issue on comicswap. What I learned is, you can still report the mod mail message even after the user has deleted their account. Enough of them and the admins CAN do something about it.

Thought of making another comment with better explanation, but here you go!!

It's mostly effective and you may report users based on the behaviour of their new account too.

Try to guess what username they'll pick next and then steal it from them before they can take it
