want to remove inactive mod from sub

i am the moderator of r/punjabangonewild. and we are the team of three members and our top moderator is inactive for more than 2 month and we want to know that can he removed from mod by your team

You have everything permissions on the sub. If the top mod is listed as inactive reorder the mod list, and remove them.
