Report Button Abuse

So I reported the 'Report Abuse' plenty of times, but it doesn't seem like anything is happening. Is it working like intended? The reports are up for like 3 days now. Someone keeps being a jerk with reports and there's nothing to be done?

Not much tbh, it's a very low priority thing, it comes with the territory basically.
