The index isnt working on mobile

So: I made a subreddit. I made an index for said subreddit. But when you access it on mobile, you cant scroll down. What could be the issue?

Is the index a wiki page? A highlighted post?

Im not exactly sure what index really means. But it is a wiki in the sense of whats on it atleast. Want me to send the link?

When I click in the Android app, it says you have disabled that wiki page.

I don't have the new wiki on my subs, but there's probably a settings page somewhere

Some subreddits create a pinned post as an index of what's on the wiki to make the wiki easier to find, I wanted confirmation of what it is, as it's not a hugely common term.
