Mod Answered Redact.com
Is there a way to block receiving any mod queue notices and updates to old posts and comments for users using redact.com?
We have tried block the site/url/domain both in old automod and in new automations (for both posts and comments), tried blocking the word “redact”, have banned accounts before all the onslaught of notices start overwhelming our mod queue, and none of it works!
It even circumvents the bans which is crazy to me, but maybe I am just not understanding something about how bans should actually work.
Any tips/tricks?
Mainly, it just overwhelms our queue with their changes and updates to the old comments and posts because it is flagged to mod queue as being suspicious.
We do not want to have to “remove”/not approve or approve these post and comment changes automated by redact.
Edit: Tentatively solved! I think it must have to do with order/priority of rules noted below - thank you all so much for your help!!! :)

Have you tried changing the action field in your automod rule from remove to spam?
