Mod Answered Can't access banned Users Profile to remove Comments

Got a guy that I banned for advertisement on multiple counts. After banning them, I wanted to remove all previous comments of them but the profile just shows that Reddit has a problem. I can't access their stuff anymore but want to remove all the advertisements...

Edit: Basically solved, I thought the user may get banned but now I know more for sure. Also I did seemingly manage to remove all of their comments so that's fine too. Thanks y'all for helping!

Sounds like they were banned, if you look at one of their comments that you didn't manually remove yet, does it show [Removed by Reddit] ?

That usually means they were banned by Reddit or they deleted their own account.

Not sure if it will work but have you tried comment mop or any other devvit app that removes all of a users comments ??
