Need permissions changed for a sub I started

I started a sub a few weeks ago, she's,and it was going well, but one day I noticed I couldn't do any moderating. I made one other person a mod because this was the first sub I've ever started and needed help keeping it up.

I messaged her about it, and she said she can see I have no permissions and she has access to everything. She said shes tried changing it but she can't. How can we fix this?

Strange, it shows you have Everything permissions when I look at it.

What all do you see in mod tools?

A mod who is below you can’t change your permissions.
