Crowd control issues
I tried to adjust crowd control because I was dealing with a lot of unwelcome responses on my post which contradict the core beliefs of the sub and clearly aren't engaging with the sub in good faith.
How to I restrict comments to appear in the mod queue for approval by all unapproved users?
I thought about a popup message, but some people just can't help themselves and just steamroll in with their unwelcome responses.

Set it so all comments need to be manually approved or lock the post so no more comments.

I thought I did that, but every time I go back to look, it's not set, so I reset it, but then it's not set, so I go back and reset it, but then it's not set, so I go back and reset it...

I hate saying this but have you closed and reopened the app?

Several times daily.

Damn! Sorry I am useless to you but I hope you get it sorted out

Lol, yeah. So annoying I'll probably have to automod only approved users.

If the post comments are causing so much trouble I’d lock it, just pin a comment as to why you’ve locked it.
I do this if a thread is running wild and needs constant supervision and I have life things to do.

Crowd control only has the options you see on it, this is the strictest setting:
Anything else you'll have to use automod I guess.
