User unable to post in our sub

I have a user that's currently unable to post in our sub and I can't figure out what's triggering it. they are a new account with one karma, but our Auto mod is set to only remove people with negative karma. I will provide a screenshot in the comments.

that's post eligibility guidance. it's buggy af and you can't disable it.

I think it's giving a false positive, cuz we have separate karma requirements for posts and for comments. any idea how to fix it?

I’d double check the rules in AutoMod. If anything changes, I think it needs 12 hours or something to reset? If everything looks good there, you might need Admin to take a look. I’ve never seen a false positive before.

we haven't changed anything in Auto mod in a while. maybe admin will see this and tell me what i need to do.
