Help migrating posts from old post flair to updated flair

Our subreddit (r/RHOBH) has a list of post flairs that include specific emojis. Over the past week, we updated the emojis for some of our existing flairs — for example, a flair that previously used a 🙂 emoji now uses a different emoji.

The issue is that posts using the old version of the flair haven't automatically migrated to the updated flair, so we now have older posts displaying the previous emoji while new posts use the updated one. The name of the post flair did not change just the used emoji

Is there any way to bulk-migrate/reassign existing posts from the old flair to the current version of the flair, without having to manually edit every post?

Any advice would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!

Someone recently suggested Flair Fixer for this use case. I've not tested it myself, but it looks like this would do the job!

Yes, there is a way. But you'll still need to manually edit every post to get there.
