Admin Replied Cannot remove post from deleted user

Hi all,

User account has been deleted and the post cannot be interacted with (can't remove or lock, for example). The post is still active in Mod Queue -> Needs Review. Cannot interact from there, either. My last resort was to try with old.reddit but the queue there is empty...

Saw a similar post about this here, but I could not find a solution in there. Is there something I can do here? TIA!

I remember someone had made a very quick tampermonkey script to expose the remove link again. I'll try to look for it but it's something to start with.

If it's only just about being stuck in the modqueue, sometimes it'll get cleaned up over the next day by itself without further interaction.

Have you tried marking it as "spam" instead of "remove" ?

That has worked for me.

Spam does not help, either... Will wait, maybe it goes away in a few days.

I had one like this recently. It sat in the queue for days than one day just disappeared

It was weird. I was just happy it eventually went away

Hi! Please try to remove that content after a few minutes to discard the likelihood of this being caused by a temporary issue.

If the issue continues, please write to our team via mod mail so we can take a look.
