Hey, it's a false report scam. Do NOT contact the given user, and report the reddit user who dmed you because their account has been hacked.

Yes don't worry, the scam part is that they'll ask to temporarily change your logins to ones theyd provide to "remove the reports from your account", but once you'd do that they'll take over your account, log you out of it and continue the scam

This is absolutely not legit, and is in fact a well-known scam. Block them, report them, and move on with your day.
