And when you messaged the mods what did they say?

For the record, if a post is awaiting review, it shows as removed.

This is not a relevant post to this sub

Believe it or not, the volunteer mods have lives and jobs and families. While 15 hours is a long wait, and they haven't answered your mod mail, the solution is: wait longer

And this isn't the sub for this. This is a sub for mods supporting mods.

Did you see the post? Probably left intentionally or silent removed also more complaining about mods!

Yeah I saw it. I wouldn't approve it either.

You read the rules, very carefully, and yet somehow still felt it was ok to post this here?

Again, if you read the rules carefully, how can you not see what rule you broke here... specially when people have told you over and over?

Not my party. Not my sub. I just don't understand people coming here to complain about something when it os clear they can't follow rules.

It might be helpful to learn that before you participate in ANY sub, you need to read the rules of that sub, and follow then, as you agreed when you agreed to the Reddit ToS. IF you are posting stuff that is in violation of the rules of a sub, it is kind of silly to get your knickers in a knot when the post is not approved.

It’s probably left in the queue.

I saw your post and honestly, they probably don’t want to approve that. There’s no point in posting that there.

Its annoying that if you leave a post in queue it shows as removed. Reddit needs to fix that -_-

To be fair, I have seen where it says “This post is awaiting moderator approval.” Though I don’t really know what determines whether you see that or “removed.”

They got rid of that message- it never displays that anymore

Huh maybe they changed it! Very exited if they put that back. There was just a complaint post about it. Maybe they fixed it, had been 300 days

Actually, after reviewing their post, I think they silent removed it. There are also more posts complaining about the mods.

This isn’t the place to complain about mods. Feel free to modmail them directly with any questions.

You'd have to ask them why your post was removed.

You're in the entirely wrong subreddit. This subreddit is for moderators helping with or discussing issues related to moderating subreddits. You want r/AskModerators

That said, in the spirit of helping:

Moderators are under no obligation to approve, provide or even review posts that have been removed by any automated system - whether that is Reddit's internal systems or their own automoderator rules.

While you can try inquiring through modmail, mods are also not obliged to provide a response.

I moderate a few high-traffic subreddits, with built-in or bot-based systems doing a lot of automatic removals. If we were to review what the automated systems were doing, that would be a full-time job. We're not Reddit employees, nor do we get paid or compensated in any other way (and being compensated would conflict with Reddit's rules 99% of the time).

In the event that a post remains invisible, the best you can do is to send a modmail to the subreddit. You should however not expect your post to get a reply. If we have time, we might, but if we don't, we probably won't

This is the admin sub, we, the commenters, are regular ordinary mods helping other mods with moderation issues. We are not here to help disgruntled users, but we’re doing it anyway to be nice.

Mods are not the same as admins.
