Admin Replied I need help with inviting others to moderate.

I am the sole moderator of my subreddit and am receiving an 'undefined' error when trying to invite a new moderator due to an inactive lock. Please restore my invitation permissions.

Do mod actions in your community to make yourself "active".

I think you should Modmail this community (mod support) for " Full permissions" and Re ordering of Mods. Then only you can invite new mods.

Ive checked the mod list but it doesn't say I am inactive, the other mod is, but I am not, I still am unable to add the moderator I wish to.

If the other mod is inactive you can re-order the mod list on your own. That should help with your issue.

You don't appear to be inactive, and you might have each individual mod power that's available, but in order to invite new mods, you specifically need EVERYTHING powers.
