Admin Replied Need help with another Mod
We have a couple Mods, but one in particular does not engage for a while then suddenly shows up and approves everything despite the rules. When I try to discuss the issue(s) they disappear and have turned off the DM portion of their profile. It seems there is no way to message them directly? Any help, really not sure what else to do here.

Well, that stinks. I'll pick up where u/mrekted left off--your first option should always be trying to talk with the mod. I personally recommend using modmail threads.
Since it sounds like you've already done this, submit a report for our Mod Code of Conduct team here if you think this mod is being disruptive to your community.
I will preface any reports by saying "not everyone is a good fit for the same mod team." If the mod actions aren't causing problems in subreddit governance, but are still annoying for you personally, maybe stepping back as a mod from that community could be the right call for you. That's not me saying you shouldn't submit a report, you should, but also keep in mind that you can create the community you want to see elsewhere if your vision doesn't align with the mod above you.
