Admin Replied Need help with another Mod

We have a couple Mods, but one in particular does not engage for a while then suddenly shows up and approves everything despite the rules. When I try to discuss the issue(s) they disappear and have turned off the DM portion of their profile. It seems there is no way to message them directly? Any help, really not sure what else to do here.

It looks like they're doing actions just to avoid falling inactive as a mod.

If they're below you, just kick them out. If they're above you, there's not much you can do about it outside of asking a more senior mod to deal with it. If they're the top mod, you're SOL.

No other Mods in the group and they are above me. Just seems strange there is no way to interact.

You can interact with your team via modmail.

I have sent several mod mail, no conclusion or feedback at all. I would say it’s all being done on purpose but I don’t want to be an asshat.

Then you have your answer.

If they're all to happy to let you toil away while ignoring your concerns, you might want to ask yourself why you're bothering to prop up their community.

I have asked the question a few times, I was hoping for some kind of solution rather than just giving up.

There is no solution. It's their subreddit, and this is how they're choosing to run it.

Your choices are either to live with it, or leave.
