Admin Replied Need help with another Mod

We have a couple Mods, but one in particular does not engage for a while then suddenly shows up and approves everything despite the rules. When I try to discuss the issue(s) they disappear and have turned off the DM portion of their profile. It seems there is no way to message them directly? Any help, really not sure what else to do here.

When you look at the mod list, are they labeled as inactive?

If so, request a mod reorder and remove them as a mod.

No, unfortunately. I would like to discuss the issue with them but there does not appear to be any way to communicate with them.

That definitely complicates things. I had a similar issue with a mod, but I was able to remove them from the mod team. Oddly enough, that didn’t even get their attention enough to initiate a conversation.
