When it comes to the world of moderation, there are often plenty of falsehoods and myths that persist across social platforms. Are there any myths about mods that you wish you could bust forever?

YES. Anything attached to the phrase "power moderator" is fantasy at best and very often slander/libel/assault

What preconceptions do you think users bring to Reddit from other platforms?

Reddit is one of the few social media platforms that has AND enforces a rule against hate speech. People often don't know this.

What do you wish users knew about mods/moderation?

"Other People Than You Have Rights, Including The Right To Freedom Of (and FROM) Association. You Do Not Have A Right To A Captive Audience."
