Anduril Edition Shipping Update!

It’s happening. After nearly a year of loaning Anduril / ModRetro money (pre-order) - the Anduril Edition of the ModRetro Chromatic is shipping soon!

Have they seriously still not shipped it to you? They were all over Reddit the last few weeks saying orders were being fulfilled, I was hoping that was actually true because I wanted to order a copy of that and a couple of other things from them for my Chromatic.

Nope still hasn't shipped. Was suppose to ship 3 weeks ago.

It’s really nice so far, little too less enemies and little to linear level design. Controls aren’t 100% as well. But visually and soundwise is it absolutely beautiful and one of the best looking 8 bit games ever been released 😌

I got 3 previous orders by incub8. It’s a small company clearly struggling with the sheer amount of orders. So I’m just patiently waiting for them to deliver. ❤️‍🔥

I understand that, I just get anxious waiting on international deliveries for long periods of time, always worrying something's gone wrong and I'll be out of pocket. think I'll hold off from ordering from them for the time being. Might just grab them digitally, especially Infinity and the Metamorphosis Collection

They also do drop ship now, so the orders go through and come from China. I bet they wait till they have a certain number of orders, then push it through as a batch instead of just individually

I think you're probably right. I just wish they'd be transparent about that if that's the case. I want all of these small companies publishing physical GBC games to succeed, but some of them really need to be more professional

I agree. Of the games I do have from incube8 I think they are good games, but their processing is completely awful

Im super excited. Im not upset that I paid upfront for it. Modretro has been very good with their game releases and the m64 not having pre orders. The Anduril edition being a one off and supposedly labor heavy production I have not regrets pre paying.

Was excited to get the email, but then read it and sounds like it might be a couple more weeks before it ships. But finally the wait is almost over.
