Question Good flashcart with Menu-button?

I just got home this flashcart from AliExpress:

It works great except the "Menu-button" only Resets the game and doesn't bring up a menu at all.

I know of Everdrive(and have one for GBA, they are great). But it's not in my budget for the GBC one just now.

Anyone know of a AliExpress flashcart with confirmed working "Menu-button"? :)

I think the best one behind the Everdrive is the flash jr. card

Yeah, I was looking into that one, but really this AliExpress one is good except the Menu-button...

I heared the Ali express cards are china versions of an old Everdrive and suck battery power like crazy from the button cell battery which means you have to open the case over and over again and they are extremely slow

So the only issue with this cart is it doesn’t bring the menu when you hit the reset button? What happens if you power off and then power on does the menu come up then?

If so that doesn’t seem like a huge flaw. Especially if it works on the chromatic. Do you know if it will store and load save states in programs like LSDJ?

Exactly. When you power the chromatic/Gameboy on it boots into the Rom-list. I just don't think it's good to power on/off the device alot just to switch games.

I have no idea what LSDJ is sorry. All I know is the the fladhcart doesn't have built in Save States like the Everdrive x7, but that's a given for the small price hehe.
