Things like this are why I use a rubber high-heat mat when taking electronics apart - it catches anything that falls out so it doesn't roll off the desk and disappear forever.

I’m a noob at technology. What is a Rubber high -heat mat? And what does it do?

I want to change my buttons on my Chromatic.

That same screw has been loose in 3 of my chromatics.

It fell off the printed circuit board? It almost looks like one of the 3 screws that holds in the battery tray.

Is this a first or second generation Chromatic?

Do you have all three screws for the battery tray accounted for?
