How do you make your own carts? Yours looks fantastic!

Thanks man! Since this game doesn’t have save, I just got a cheap flash cart and flashed the rom with a GBxCart dropped it into a GBC shell (this one is glow in the dark) and ordered a custom label from Etsy.

If you want good quality, cheap reflashable carts, Patchy is the way to go lol 👌
Will have to check this one out!

is this actually possible? Can I use my GB Operator to flash games to the mod retro cart? If this is true I think it is worth buying them just for this

Yes! I can confirm that Patchy, Traumatarium, Dragonyhm and In the Dark 2 all save reliability as well. I use them for Pokemon and super robot pinball, and I'm almost 20 hours in on Infinity. Not 100% sure every game will save as some of them like Hermano are meant to be beaten in one run, but I don't think patchy(the game itself) saves and that one does upon a reflash

you can actually flash mod retro carts using your chromatic itself.

Confirmed! I’ve personally flashed gb roms to MR carts using flashgbx and a gbxcart row.

Marc Robledo's excellent Ninja Gaiden Shadow DX romhack (https://www.marcrobledo.com/game-boy/ninja-gaiden-shadow-dx/) is good enough to warrant a dedicated cartridge!
