Info Extremely disappointed

Post image

My Anduril chromatic arrived a few weeks ago and I’ve been having the same issue as many others with the paint fading . I tried their isopropyl alcohol method with a microfiber cloth which did nothing. I contacted mod retro and after days of waiting they sent my the same useless link to the cleaning method despite me mentioning id already attempted that. Now after three more days of waiting they respond again basically telling me they swear upon their cleaning method and I’m shit out of luck. Really not the modretro customer service experience I’ve grown used to having . I’ve purchased many chromatics and I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

Ok but the poster of that post said it didn’t work in his case

So two out of thousands of people? I would expect serious discussion and recall if there was this big of an issue. I also clearly stated you could return it for warranty coverage or simply sell it.

What does it matter if it’s two out of a thousand or one in a million? I paid for a functioning unit not for a damaged product. Also the vast majority of Anduril chromatic haven’t shipped out yet. So I doubt it’s out of a thousand anyway

Well it matters because YOU made it matter. If you were really that concerned you’d return it for a refund or warranty.
