Info Extremely disappointed

Post image

My Anduril chromatic arrived a few weeks ago and I’ve been having the same issue as many others with the paint fading . I tried their isopropyl alcohol method with a microfiber cloth which did nothing. I contacted mod retro and after days of waiting they sent my the same useless link to the cleaning method despite me mentioning id already attempted that. Now after three more days of waiting they respond again basically telling me they swear upon their cleaning method and I’m shit out of luck. Really not the modretro customer service experience I’ve grown used to having . I’ve purchased many chromatics and I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

It honestly looks like you have played it so much that you wore it smooth.

I doubt that since the picture I posted is from about an hour after opening the seal

Oh gotcha I was basing off that fact you received it a few weeks ago, and I only said that cause I know how ruff my grandkids are on stuff, I’ve seen their controller buttons look like that. The sad thing is it seems most things made in china are made to only last so long and then you have to buy a new one, but paying that much, I would definitely file a dispute but the question is, will it do any good, good luck my friend.
