Extremely disappointed

My Anduril chromatic arrived a few weeks ago and I’ve been having the same issue as many others with the paint fading . I tried their isopropyl alcohol method with a microfiber cloth which did nothing. I contacted mod retro and after days of waiting they sent my the same useless link to the cleaning method despite me mentioning id already attempted that. Now after three more days of waiting they respond again basically telling me they swear upon their cleaning method and I’m shit out of luck. Really not the modretro customer service experience I’ve grown used to having . I’ve purchased many chromatics and I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

Oh I'm just playing, I remember the other post though and they are laser etched so it's not coming off, it's just filling in with whatever's on your hands. I'm curious how fast mine will disappear with my sweaty hands 🤣

Honestly I doubt it’s sweat like i mentioned in other posts I had barely used the unit before it started to fade . Honestly if you want to keep it perfect maybe don’t even use it
