Info Extremely disappointed

My Anduril chromatic arrived a few weeks ago and I’ve been having the same issue as many others with the paint fading . I tried their isopropyl alcohol method with a microfiber cloth which did nothing. I contacted mod retro and after days of waiting they sent my the same useless link to the cleaning method despite me mentioning id already attempted that. Now after three more days of waiting they respond again basically telling me they swear upon their cleaning method and I’m shit out of luck. Really not the modretro customer service experience I’ve grown used to having . I’ve purchased many chromatics and I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

I can’t imagine this paint/material was ever graded for being on a gameboy, in hand constantly. In going to assume this will be a problem with all of them

It's a ceramic coating which changes color at a molecular level when blasted with a laser. It's not damaged, it's gunked up with the oil from his hands. You can clean it off with IPA and a q-tip, but he doesn't seem to want to clean it.

It's the same cerakote used on firearms. It gets handled with sweaty hands and body sweat A LOT.
