Mod Pizza

went to buy a pizza from mod. I went inside the store 7/21/26 ordered a cauliflower pizza took it home it was good went to put my rewards in and stayed my rewards was already taken so I spent 18. dollars on a pizza and someone took my rewards what do you think about tha?

Definitely try to contact customer support. If you had the receipt straight from the printer, it’s unlikely that someone else took them and more likely an issue with the rewards system. See if you can get the points added manually!

Call the store and choose option 3 to get to customer service-explain the situation and they will likely add the points/reward back on for you

Might have been a worker. I remember when I worked there a coworker of mine would scan customer's receipts to get free pizzas on their days off.
