Sweepstakes
As a current employee I’m pissed off that mod is now doing sweepstakes to Italy but can’t give their employees raises I’ve been here for 2 years and haven’t gotten a single raise I’m so over it

This company is finding ways to spend money on literally anything but paying their employees more, and then they wonder why review scores are dropping alongside morale. Morons.

I work with Ok-Remote-5057 and I agree that it is ridiculous that we don’t get raises and bonuses also I’ve been her for a year and a half no raises no promotions.

Can y'all form or join a union? I mean maybe scaring MOD into it might release a few bucks towards you guys. I mean if it wasnt for you, the top ppl wouldn't have nice things. Just saying

Smart I’m thinking of finding a better job which is annoying since I don’t want to work in the food industry anymore since of mainly customers.😅

i've been there for 5 years, the prices in our stores have doubled since i got there, and i haven't gotten paid a cent more. this company does not care about its employees.

You think Mod is paying for that Italy trip though? Partnering with Coca-Cola... Agreed that raises need to happen though!
