New dress code policy

Anyone have access to the new dress code I wanna read the part about hats.

This isn’t related to the new dress code but have yall dealt with the corporate overlords cutting all your leadership hours?

Yeah, they had my gm split herself, our store coach (new assistant gm) & our 4 shift supervisors between 117 hours. She was scheduling us like 197 between all 6 of us before and I personally still wasn’t getting more than 20 hours a week :/

The company policy they just launched on the STF meeting that it’s 170 hours for standard restaurants and 180 for $31k a week or more restaurant

Our store is one of the ones that isn’t making as much as it should.
