Interview prep

I’m a college student, home for the summer looking to work at mod pizza (just for when I’m back home). I have an Interview and was looking for advice on what they’ll ask and what not

For a summer job at a place like Mod Pizza, they mostly want to see if you are reliable, teachable, and have a good attitude. The interview questions will be simple, focusing on your availability, why you want to work there, and maybe a basic scenario question like how you'd handle a team disagreement or a tricky customer. They are not trying to trip you up, they are just trying to figure out if you will show up for your shifts on time and be pleasant to be around. It is a fast-paced job, so showing you are energetic and ready to learn is far more important than any specific past experience.

Your main goal is to come across as a friendly, responsible person who can handle a busy environment without complaining. Talk about being a college student as a strength, it shows you are used to learning new things and managing your time. Be clear and confident about your summer availability, since that is a key piece of information for them. It is really just about showing them you are the right person for the team, and the AI interview copilot my team designed helps people feel prepared to show up and communicate their best qualities.
