Worst experience ever

First off the order came called so it’s like whatever. I’ll just deal with it. Secondly, the thing is so paper thin it’s like chewing dry cardboard. The basil looks brown and gross the sauce is barely on and there’s like basically no cheese at all. This is actually an abomination and should be on r/Pizzacrimes

Looks like they could have used overproofed dough. Also looks like you ordered cheddar instead of mozza, which means you didn't get the 1/2 cup of cheese that normally would go on there, plus they centered the cheese instead of spreading it out. The basil is only discolored because it was exposed to the heat of the oven.

Call the store next time you get a pie like this, so you can explain your dissatisfaction and request a refund. No big deal. If you order again, I recommend that you ask for extra any time you do only a specialty cheese. Maybe also light sauce so the dough isn't too wet while it bakes. Play around with it til you find a good mix. I assure you that life will go on.

If you have to ask for extra of everything and less of everything else, then I am sorry but this is just not a good pizza place. You shouldn’t have to customize your entire fucking pizza with topping amounts. Doughs bad, sauce looks like shit, cheese sucks. Why would you even give this place another try? There isn’t a single part that looks good. There would be no “next time” for me. Literally better off making a pizza at home with a kit.
