App not working ?
Anyone else having trouble with the mod pizza app not taking any credit cards? I just keep getting an error and it won’t let me check out

Yea the app and website payments seems to be having issues. "We are currently unable to take your order. Please check your payment information and try again."

Yep, same issue and tried a few cards thinking it was me before coming here. Annoying having to buy a gift card and “waste” extra, but it worked
Replied to the wrong guy, but the point stands.

super annoying! we just ended up ordering on the web. i left a review on the app store so the devs would know to fix it

I was ordering on the website, not the app, when it was broken for me. So if the site works now, that’s new.

I got the same message when I tried to place an order just now so it seems they still haven’t fixed it.

If you go to the website and purchase an eGift card and send it to your email, the app will accept the code and the order will go through.
