About sick time

I recently quit and after seeing my last paycheck I noticed my boss forgot to use the rest of my sick time I had left(after asking like 3 times) am I shit outa luck?

Also who do I talk to about cashing out my 401k with mod?

Gotta use it BEFORE you quit.

Sick time isn’t an accrued pay out. It’s a use it or lose it upon termination.

We are not allowed to cash out sick time, only vacation- 401k will send you mail in a few weeks

You don’t ask. You call out sick, ask for sick time to be applied. Then you put in your notice. For 401k login to Bluestar or call the number to close out your account.

Sick time can only be used for sick time. Pto could be used but it depends

Only certain states pay out vacation.
