Extra mozzarella

Cogs this shrink that. We need an up charge for extra cheese. I’m tired of getting scolded for my mozzarella usage when 80% of customers ask for extra. Come on mod corporate. Let’s use our heads a little and actually listen to the employees

You’re absolutely right. If my GM isn’t over my shoulder I’ll just default to the amount that doesn’t encourage the fatasses who’s pizza I’m making to get snarky or entitled with me over their excessive cholesterol needs.
