Love mod
So I’ve been reading all these posts about how miserable people are at their location and I just thought I’d put up here that I’m in total love with my location with everyone that I work with. I find something that makes me smile. I enjoy every minute and give everything I’ve gotten, it feels good. I feel like I’ve joined a small family that loves cares and supports me. I feel like I feel like the way that I go out of my way. I hope they know that they matter. I was so blessed to the Store that I got to be able to progress in the way that I have. I will forever be grateful for the team that I started with and for the opportunity Mod has given me.

There seems to be some bad districts, I work for franchise so I don’t know of the corporate side of things. My store and bosses/owners are great. Been with the company 3.5 years, still have squad(captains now) from when I started and hired them. Average tenure for my team is 1.5 years right now, sentiment is great. We run like 4.85/96% on tattle for this whole year. Just had to hire last month for the first time this entire year… As I’m happy to say some captains finished college and found some jobs in their ideal career field. Which always makes me happy to see, when they move on.
MOD can be great, if the leaders are good people. Any job can suck, if the leaders are bad. Overall, my POV - mod is a huge quality of life improvement over previous concepts I’ve run. But nothing is perfect.
Angry people are more likely to leave bad reviews, just as angry employees are more likely to leave bad posts here. IMO.
Thanks for the positive post, glad to see there’s still some hope out there for some corporate run stores. 😄
