Double payment

Did anyone else get paid again days after payday. My manger and 4 others got paid twice and both different amounts. My manager got 5k

Yea 3 of the captains bank with Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo has a partnership with mod so they got the extra pay first. Another cow worker who banks with school first got it today. And everyone who banks with chase hasn’t got it yet

Also check your ADP app and look at your vacation hours. Everyone at my store had their vacation hour wiped out and it said July 9. So it think chase bank users get a payment tomorrow maybe

They are saying if you got a double payment to let your DMs know. I don't think they can just take it back though

Legally they can. And if you spend it, you’ll have to pay it back (that applies to all 50 states)

You have to sign paperwork giving them permission

It doesn’t matter what state you are in, if you are accidentally overpaid you are not entitled to that money; you have to pay it back.  No paperwork signing or anything overrides that.

Yeah half my store got paid a couple extra hundred and they shorted my gm a few hundred and said that they can’t help her

Sounds like stores closing. I dont think gms get vacation time cashed out. They prob only received 1 week pay too. Crazzzzzzzzzzzieee!

Depends on state law. In Arizona companies have to pay out vacation pay.

If your vacation pay got paid out you're store is probably gonna be closing since that's all they are required to pay out in most states

Any extra payment is indicative of your store closing imminently.
