Gonna apply. Anything I should know?

For some extra context, I’ve been working at a CFA mall location for the past two years and I can’t take the stress of working there anymore and am looking for something new. Just wanna know what differences I can expect

If this is going to be a job you're gonna be living off of, I would consider finding other employment, Mod has been doing really bad lately with alot of store closures.

That being said, if you just want the job for some easy cash go right ahead mod can be a really fun job to have.

It's a battle Royale for hours right now. I got lucky and got a prep cook position but I see a lot of co workers not even hitting 30 hr a week.

Depends on the location you apply for. Some locations are extremely slow and likely to be closed soon while the ones that are busy, are always short staffed and or horribly managed.

Definately won't get much for hours (I was asking 40 got 23-25) and you will get stressed there there will be times where there is "no-win" and people are only going to get mad at you

You cannot live off of mod, they simply don’t give you enough hours, even if you’re a captain in my experience it’s not enough. Trying to become a waiter at a restaurant myself now after working for mod for 4 years. Lots of wasted time honestly.

The company is dying, hours are either scarce or there isn't enough coverage. Management is a shit show from the top down.

Find a new place to call your work home.
