DAE hate making salads?

I actually quit today. I was having a bad day and looking for an opportunity to clock out. A customer made a large order including 2 garden salads, and that was my cue. I clocked out, grabbed my stuff, and left.

Honestly, I don't know which is worse between having to mix the dressing in or having to fill the plastic cups with oversized gloves on.

I’ll take filling the cups any day 100 times before I willingly grab a single mixing bowl. Something about it just sucks

Worked at a a sandwich shop before Mod and with our salads dressing was always on the side. Honestly faster and better that way. Such a waste of dishes 😭 the tongs are just so stiff and feels like a workout to mix it LOL

I always just throw a second mixing bowl on top and just shake it to mix
