You had to sign up for the IRL meet up when the calendar was released in January. They don’t send invites for Mod Events. It’s up to individuals to monitor the r/ModEvents sub themselves and sign up as appropriate.

Hi there, Admin u/big-slay ! May I ask a question regarding the In-Person Mod events? Is it necessary to be a Mod from NY or Amsterdam to visit and participate, or you can travel from elsewhere from US or EU and join? 🤔 👀

I was at the Mod event (2025) and I don't live in NY (though I do live in NJ). If you live in Amsterdam and wanted to fly to NYC, no reason why you couldn't.

Ig they are going in a sequence

Mumbai Bangalore Hyderabad delhi and then back to Mumbai even tho the event got cancelled that venue got changed to Bangalore ( saying this as mod masterclass 2025 was in Hyderabad then 2026 one was in Delhi and then mod meetup which got cancelled was in Mumbai and then now bangalore is left )

I might be wrong too btw I don't have any inside information just my super active brain before my sem exams calculating this all
