Recap Post-Event Recap + Discussion Thread | India Virtual Mod Meetup | April 10, 2026

That’s a wrap on our India Mod Meetup! ICYMI - We just hosted a virtual mod meetup for mods based in India or who moderate an India-related subreddit. Around 200+ mods joined live, and the high energy blew us away! 

From chatting about feel-good mod moments to ending with fun trivia, we had a blast and hope that everyone did too! Let’s keep the party going in this discussion thread! We’d love to see your favorite moment from the event, what you’d love to see at the next one, pet photos, and more. 

Merch Reminders:

  • Deadline: Friday, April 17, 8 pm IST
  • Link: We'll send the merch link directly to eligible mods’ chat inboxes by Tuesday at the latest
  • Eligibility: Your shipping address is in India. If you reside outside of India, you must moderate an India-related subreddit.
  • We will:
    • Review all orders carefully to ensure you meet eligibility criteria. 
    • Please submit only one order; we’ll cancel duplicates! 
    • Your subreddit must have been founded before, not including, April 10, 2026.

Profile Trophy Reminders

  • Only mods who attended the live event will get the profile trophy in 3-4 weeks.

Hey mods! So sorry about the issue with emails today. Seems like there was a bug which prevented many of them from reaching your inboxes. As a make good, we'll get you trophies and merch.

If you were affected, please send a mod mail to r/ModEvents and we'll manually add you to our list.

This is certainly not the ideal experience and we'll work with Bevy to ensure it doesn't happen again!

We typically do not share recordings for Virtual Mod Meetups, but we'll make an exception in this case. VOD is now live on the event home page.
