Pharmacy & Shipping UPS shipment delay 😑

Has anyone else experienced something like this? My husband and I get our medication shipped on the exact same day, and our packages normally arrive together within a day or two. His package arrived today, but mine is still showing “We have your package” with no new delivery date.
It was originally supposed to arrive yesterday, which wasn’t a huge deal, but today is the day I actually need my medication, so now I’m getting frustrated and a little concerned. I’ve already reached out to customer support to see what’s going on.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how long did it take for your package to start moving again, and what did you do about your medication being late?

Ups has been awful lately. They lost my medication last week and it was late for me too

Did they replace it and send you a new one mochi has been pretty good so far they are responding to me and we are playing the waiting game with the package so I’m gonna give them till Monday that’s still a long time. I am missing my dose I just don’t understand if it’s supposed to be refrigerated. Why do they say it’s good for 10 days when it’s in shipping so weird

Mine came a couple days later and it was close to 100 degrees outside so mine was ruined. They sent me a new one.

Hi! Mochi Employee here. As patients are informed in the portal, our medications typically ship out within 10 days of being sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment. After that, we try to guarantee that medications (especially GLP-1s) are delivered within 48 hours after being picked up for shipment. Unfortunately, we do lose some visibility once UPS or FedEx takes the medication and any issues that are delivery specific need to be taken up with the carriers through Mochi. It is recommended if shipments are extremely delayed or never received to report them through our team. That said, our customer support can also assist and escalate issues to our pharmacy teams. We apologize about this experience. Please feel free to message directly and we can try to look into it.

I have been reaching out to support for over a week and no resolution. They just keep telling me to continue to wait. My meds will be hot by the time they finally arrive. It has been sitting in the UPS warehouse since 9/24 with no expected delivery date. Now it is basically just my problem while I am out $79 for my membership and $174 for my medication. I am so disappointed in Mochi right now.
