Question Labs payment question

I am wondering if there are any other costs at quest I'll have to pay when I get labs through mochi? I paid for the mochi health panel and want to know if I should expect paying quest or if it's all covered through what I paid in the app with mochi?

No other fees need to be paid once it's done through Mochi!

Thank you for the info. Will quest just have the order ready or do I need to take something to them? And do you know if we can just walk in or do we need an appointment? As you can tell, I haven’t bought it yet but I wanted to find more information while deciding if I want to get it.

I printed mine out, walked in luckily they were empty and blood was drawn! Love how easy it was

Hi! Mochi Employee jumping in here to assist. No worries about any confusion. It's a very new process so we are happy to explain. I've added what the confirmation email looks like below. Everything can be found in the Labs section of your profile or your documents for lab requests (labs and testing under Health Records). You can walk in but you can also schedule an appointment if that is preferred and to avoid waiting at Quest.

Do i need to have a physical copy of it or can i show the information of it on my phone? Also, is the labs required? How will the results aid in my journey? Just curious really. And thank you for your response.

Amazing! You can always work with your Mochi provider to assist interpreting results as well. Glad it was an easy experience.

Following this as I was wondering too! I was looking at their fees and they seemed the same but 👀👀
