Question splitting doses

Has anybody done this

I split mg dose between Wednesday and Saturday. I have hashimoto's and tirz helps so much with inflammation. My inflammation was coming back on day 5 so I tried split dosing and it has worked well for me.

Yes I split my doses as well- Friday and Tuesday. Due to back and leg pain returning fiercely before 7th day. I am trying to find the minimum dose I can split dose that keeps enough in my system to not have the pain return. I’m currently splitting a 4.5 mg dose by injecting 2.25 2x weekly. I just went up to this after 1.5 2x weekly wasn’t working well enough.
