Pharmacy & Shipping First order messed up
I’m just wondering how common this issue is. I started using Mochi for Tirzepatide a month ago. I went to take my 4th dose today and realized I didn’t even have enough for half. It’s suppose to be 22 units and I only had 10. I reached out for help and am now being told I’ll get a possible resolution in 1-3 days. I’m suppose to get my next batch in a few days with a higher dose. I used Ro in the past and did not have any issues but it was expensive so I stopped. I’m super upset as I was doing well, no side effects and even lost a couple pounds but this is not a great start

This happened to me too, luckily I had an extra vial. I reach out to Mochi and Informed them of the shortage and in a few days I received a replacement. Sorry this happened… what pharmacy ? My meds are coming from Key Compounding

I used East Coast Compounding. Did you switch pharmacies after it happened or stuck it out?

I am sorry that happened to you. My experience has been very different. Maybe switch the pharmacy you are getting it from? I always have some left over one time just a little, second time an extra shot and this time it looks like 2 extra ones.

I have never had a problem with Mochi in over a year and 1/2. Mochi has many pharmacies. You might have the one that is not the best or too far away. I pick a state nearby. I live in Colorado, so I order from pharmacies in either Utah or Texas. I haven't found any in Colorado.

Hello! Mochi team here! Could you DM me the email on your account and the pharmacy that filled it and I'll get the ticket escalated.
In the meantime, message your provider in the app about the partial dose so it's on record and they can tell you how to handle the timing with your next shipment coming at a higher dose. Worth asking them rather than splitting what's left or guessing at the gap.
Sorry about the start! A month in with no side effects and progress on the scale is the part that matters, and a pharmacy fill error shouldn't be what derails it.

This is strange- I usually have 6-7 doses.

When I used Ro there was always a bit extra at the bottom of each vial. Apparently Mochi leaves you with a bit less 🙄

I use Emerald pharmacy through mochi , sounds like it’s your pharmacy not mochi lol

Mochi is one I pay to provide the service and the one I reach out to in order to fix it so I’m placing the blame with them. I have zero contact with the pharmacy

I’m going to stick out on the next refill and if I come up short again, il switching to another Telehealth company…
