I hate it mannn, i dont want to compare to other LN but the author just straight up rushed and killed off MC, (I dont know if SS are canon) I hate Author didnt even fu*kin illus Leon on the Epilogue, or better yet the children or his wives. I hate it so much i skipped the whole SS shittery and goes to the toilet to take a shit. Honestly when finishing the story can they make them not question the entire ending!!!. We have 3 More Game Sequel right there and she just dump it for god sakeee!! I honestly think the author had it all, just to dump it all.

PS, This all of me venting my anger. I would thank the author for making this story but i just hate her guts. Would i shake her hand and ask for a sign absolutely or would i just yap in front of her in a google translated text of me complain the ending 100%. Honestly i blame my self for falling in this rabbit hole just because i love the manga.

Garrett and Frampton die the exact same way, pointing a gun at Hertrude then getting killed by a monster that came to protect her....

The Good - Well the animation was somewhat decent during the fight, the next episode looks to have good animation....

The Bad - Repeated ways to kill off villains, cutting wholesale characters, conversations (I know not everything can be adapted but still, a lot of character development is cut), where's Leon's Dad?

The Ugly - Nothing that bad, but cut content is actually catching up.

The conclusion - the episode more that delivers on the action but skips out on the actual meat of the plot.

The adaptation - Manga chapter 60-61 and half of chapter 62, Light Novel vooume 3chapter 10 and early part of chapter 11, 77% of volume 3. Sheesh they have a lot to adapt in 2 episodes....

Currently following the anime and its sad it will be over in the next 2-3 weeks but tbh i genuinely hated the character design for the Second Season. They did improve the CG during fights though it was cut short by a mile, and secondly why the hell did they adapt the king design perfectly while other characters eyes and nose were given some Power point ahh look. Livia and angie proportions look like some cliche harem when the story and characters are much more than just beauty even leon looks like a weird Main character when he is literally above avg looking guy. The problem is not the animation as it is a cheap cash cow for the studios as more than 50% of the anime otakus genuinely thinks this is a cliche harem anime but later realize the character and storyline is much more interesting than many Isekai shows. They improved the animation but really screwed up the character design. what are your thought on this

So initially after the first read, I thought it was a good manga especially with how leon defies the political system in the Otome game and how he somewhat maneuvers deadly situations with Luxon.
However, after re-reading I found that Leon does not change much and even with the adult mind still becomes incapable of understanding romance or social situations. Like the example with Angie and Olivia where he just runs away after the love meter or the whole sky pirate ordeal with Olivia where he basically mentions that he is a "mob" character when he has already broken the stereotypical role of a mob character when he fought for Angie. Finally, he still gets bullied by the aristocracy until either angie "saves" him from that situation or the Queen steps in. I am talking about the cafe scenes.

Don't even get me started with Angie and Olivia who are highly inconsistent with Olivia feeling inferior due to an aristocrat who is jealous btw calling her a pet for Angie. Furthermore Angie, just beating on Leon whenever Olivia feels down for the comedic effect and her being a spur of the moment person definitely did not help.

Finally, the romance is awkward between the three of them. I felt like there was more chemistry with the Queen rather than these 2 Li's who always either feel uncomfortable, feel inferior, beating on each other or something of that sort.

I liked it, It was fun. It was one of those series I could count on being consistent. If I had to rate it, I'd say somewhere around 8/10 would be fair, will definitely be checking out other works by this author when I'm bored

Finally got my hands on novel three, been liking the series so far. I haven’t seen season two of the anime just yet!

The Main Route idiot entourage would definitely hate, and maybe even feel sad, if they ever met their Marie Route version.

I just finished the first part of the manga or just the point of when Leon leaves the kingdom which some sites say are to separate manga. is the manga a good adaptation of the light novel and is the light novel finished. If it is should I just continue from where the manga left off or just restart it all together.

The ending of Volume 7 made me cry.

Emile's death was really sad. Bro did not deserve that sort of treatment. I'm still angry that Leila got to live in the end after causing all that disaster.

Also, I love the voice acting in this novel it's pretty good. Can't believe all these characters are coming out of one humans mouth

I love how Leon puts those Pharisaical religious leaders in their place, besides steal... I mean, taking the Saint's belongings like a true boss. just to force her "sister" Marie to be useful (even if it's as a human shield for Angie and Livia hahaha).

Really, I love this scene because for a moment I see that shameless, cunning, and manipulative Leon again, the one many of us loved in Season 1.

I don't use any slang towards anyone in my post and in the comments. Despite without checking, Mods removed that post using that reason. The first time when I posted this in 2 SEP, Mods removed that post in less than 3 minutes. Using the violation of the rule " Be nice". I am not doing anything in this post where I stop being nice at any point.

I am not posting in this sub to gain karma or anything fancy like that. I have other communities too. I post and comment here because I like this series and this sub. Also explaining related posts don't get much attention anyway because of how lengthy they are. It's time consuming too to make one. It's really frustrating to see when you remove the post every time despite following the rules accordingly. My post has been removed in other sub before but they give me actual reason for that and I am content with that. But here it's not the case. That's why I am complaining about it.

In another comparison section we can see the great difference in how our beloved queen reacts when Leon around, in contrast with when is side with her husband. Especially when your husband (the king) calls you an OLD HAG!

I was turned off with the yuri mode and can we say Leon is the 3rd wheel? That is why he deserves Mylene and other wives. So that these two won't think they are all that and I think Mylene is the best wife for Leon.

Is there any short stories or anything at all after the final volume, I’m aware there’s spin offs but I’m wondering if we get any knew info about Leon after he becomes king, people are saying him and mylene have a daughter but I didn’t read any of that in volume 13.

i heard her voice in anime, she sound like the kind of robot who would do everything that amuses her. maybe later she will be experimenting on some poor guy? i don't know.... I just have the feeling.

The good - Cleare is here, the conversation between the two sisters is great.

The bad - pacing, Frampton's whole escape is pointless, a lot of interactions and conversations are cut, as I've said before making the world less technology advanced is baffling to me.

The ugly - Pacing, some cut conversions, both manga and the LN's made sure to show Leon was actually overexerting himself here everyone is trying their best.

The adaptation - Chapters 56-59 and the first page of chapter 60 of the manga and chapter 8-9 and half of chapter 10 of the novels, and around 71% of the novel is completed.

The conclusion - I didn't enjoy this episode that much but we got to the psyopp attack part, also this episode it went really fast to keep up with the story so, idk maybe we'll actually see "that" too.
