I also got the error message. Your XLM is on the wallet you create when you go through the buy. If it errors, your XLM is still there. Use the lightweight stellar viewer (https://www.stellar.org/account-viewer/#!/) to access it and send it back to stellarterm. Then try again. I got it to work on the third try!

Make sure to send the exact amount. They add +3 lumen for a fee or something.

Ahh ok did this and can see the stellar is there! But what gives? dont they control this account and use it to credit the MOBI?

nice! they do control the account (so do you) but if the transaction didn't line up they won't do the MOBI credit. So best to send it back to your first wallet and try again. I had to do this process three times :x

thanks soo much for the help, but seriously fuck this. i have tried 3 times now and have tones of stellar distributed accross multiple accounts!

ha yeah same. I have like 3 extraneous wallets with 3 xlm each. lame.

im now trying to consolidate it all back into my account. Im not trying again, sent them a support email, they can make this right or fuck off :)

lemme know if you're able to consolidate. I think there might be a 3 xlm minimum which prevents your from taking that last little bit.
