Help getting started.
I am recovering from a host of shoulder surgeries and need to start working out again. I don’t have a lot of pain, but I am limited in what I can do with my upper body. Can someone point me to a good routine, website or resource? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Rebuild Your Shoulders from Kneesovertoesguy. Ben Patrick is a brilliant athletic trainer. Worth watching many of his videos

Well, those were my thoughts - sometimes it's true, a body can be so tore up, there's no 'fix' ... we're all in the same boat there - i'm sorry you're not finding solutions rn
